Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. No call no shows will be charged 75%. We will wait 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before charging no call no shows in the case you would like to reschedule. Rescheduling a same day cancellation must be made within a week of the same day cancellation. If you are late by 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled as some estheticians are fully booked. Continuous cancellations, no shows, and reschedules will lead to the inability to book services with Glow Luxe. Please come in 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Thank you!
